To reset
MAINTENANCE REQUIRED light, turn ignition off, press and hold the
SELECT and RESET buttons. Turn ignition on and hold buttons for 10
seconds until indicator resets.
Acura, 2.2CL,
2.3CL, 2.5TL, 3.OCL, 1995-00; 3.2TL, 1995-98
To reset
MAINTENANCE REQUIRED light, insert the ignition key into the slot to
the left of the light on instrument panel.
Acura Integra,
1994-01
To reset “MAINT
REQD” light, press
the reset switch
(A) located to the right of the steering column under the dash.
Acura RSX
2002-04
Reset MAINT REQ’D
light by pressing RESET button on instrument cluster. Turn
ignition on and hold for at least 10 seconds.
Acura TSX 2004
To reset
MAINTENANCE REQUIRED indicator light, press and hold the trip/reset
button, turn the ignition switch ON, and continue to hold the button
for more than ten seconds.
Acura Legend,
1988-90 wlo Information System; Acura CL
Reset MAINTENANCE
REQUIRED light by inserting the ignition key into the slot (A)
located directly below the light.

1988-90 w/Information System
When “OIL/FILTER
CHANGE DUE” is displayed on Information System, press SERVICE RESET
(A) button for 3 seconds. This will reset the system to 7500 miles.
If you want to set a shorter interval, press the SERVICE RESET (A)
and ARROW (B) buttons below together for 3 seconds. Then push the
ARROW (B) button until the mileage you want to set is shown on
display, then press the SET (C) button.
